Jessica Menz-Crenshaw: Owner/Senior Stylist
Jessie completed an apprenticeship program in Richmond and went on to become the program educator at one of the top salons in the Richmond area. She also has spent time training in such places as Italy, Florida, New York, and California. She opened La Bella Hair Studio in March 2006 and has gone on to become very involved in the community and in fund raising for such causes as Veronica's Voice Fund and Locks of Love.

Chelsea Hamilton-Bains: Stylist/Salon Manager
Chelsea had a long term interest in both the beauty and fashion industry when she began her journey into her career as a cosmetologist. Through an apprenticeship, she received extensive training from the mentoring staff at La Bella Hair Studio. She has furthered her education through classes provided by both professional color and retail lines, including Schwarzkopf and Unite. She enjoys helping clients achieve their desired look with professionalism and creativity.

Briana Kelly: Stylist/Creative Director
Briana graduated in 2005 from one of the top cosmetology  schools in South Carolina and has recently located to the Richmond area.  She eagerly works with her clients' vision to create their style or can design a style for those looking for something new.  From color and haircuts to up-do's, she brings a creative and passionate approach to everything she does.

Tessa Underwood: Apprentice
Before beginning her apprenticeship at La Bella Hair Studio, Tessa had an ongoing interest in the cosmetology field. She is thrilled about starting her career in the salon industry and looks forward to receiving a hands-on education. After extensive training in all hair, makeup, and facial waxing services, Tessa will complete her education in the Spring of 2011.
