At La Bella Hair Studio, we strive to provide the highest possible level of customer service! We feel that the best way to do this is to work with our clients so that everyone gets the treatment they deserve. For this reason, we have a few salon policies.

New Clients, First-Time Services and Locks of Love:

– We ask that all first time clients plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a client information card and get acquainted with the salon.

– A 15-minute consultation is required prior to booking a first-time relaxing treatment, perm treatment, or hair extensions.

– We offer free cuts with a junior stylist to those donating their hair to Locks of Love. If you would like to see a higher level stylist, the price will be that of a normal haircut at that stylist’s level.

Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations:

– Should you think you will be late, please give the salon a call to let us know! If you are, or will be, 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that our stylists can stay on schedule with the rest of their clients for the day. Please be prepared for this and plan your trip accordingly.

– We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. We will allow one free “no show” per client (a missed appointment with no notice); after the first, a credit card will be required at booking and 50% of the missed service will be charged.

Pre-Booking Discount and Rewards Program:

– We like to reward our loyal clients! If you book your next appointment when you’re checking out, we will give you 10% off for keeping it! We understand that schedules change, so if you need to move your appointment, coming in sooner will allow you to keep the 10%; should you need to push it back or cancel & reschedule, we will no longer be able to offer the 10% off.

-Pre-Booking discount does not apply on Keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowouts, extensions, perms, or bang/neck trims.

– We value our clients who refer friends & family to us; after all, that’s how we get most of our business! We will give you $10 off for every new client you refer to us.* It’s just our way of saying, “Thank you!”


*New client must tell us that you referred him or her; credit will be applied after the new client’s first appointment.
